YAPILIŞI

Fasulyeyi yika, 2 su bardagi su ile bir gün önceden islat, yumusayip,

suyunu çekene degin 35-40 dakika pisir. Sogani soy, yika, yarim daire

seklinde ince ince dogra, öbd tatli kasigi tuz ile ovarak yumusat. Diger

sebzeleri yika. Maydanozu ayikla, yesil biberin sap ve çekirdeklerini ayir,

her ikisini de ince ince kiy. Domatesi 1 santimetreküp irilikte dogra.

Fasulyeyi ve kara biberi sebzelere ekle, karistir, servis tabagina koy. Diger

yanda yumurtayi hasla. Kabuklarini soy ve böl. Yaga, limon suyu ve kalan

tuzu ekle, iyice çirp, salatanin üzerine gezdir, yumurta ve zeytinle süsle.

Importance of exchange-anisotropy and superexchange for the spin-state

transitions in LnCoO3 (Ln=La,Y,RE) cobaltates    [PDF]

Spin-state transitions are the hallmark of rare-earth cobaltates. In order to understand them, it is essential to identify all relevant parameters which shift the energy balance between spin states, and determine their trends. We find that \Delta, the eg-t2g crystal-field splitting, increases by ~250 meV when increasing pressure to 8 GPa and by about 150 meV when cooling from 1000K to 5K. It changes, however, by less than 100 meV when La is substituted with another rare earth. Also the Hund's rule coupling J_avg is about the same in systems with very different spin-state transition temperature, like LaCoO3 and EuCoO3. Consequently, in addition to \Delta and J_avg, the Coulomb-exchange anisotropy \Delta J_ avg and the super-exchange energy-gain \Delta E_SE play a crucial role, and are comparable with spin-state dependent relaxation effects due to covalency. We show that in the LnCoO3 series, with Ln=Y or a rare earth (RE), super-exchange progressively stabilizes a low-spin ground state as the Ln^{3+} ionic radius decreases. We give a simple model to describe spin-state transitions and show that, at low temperature, the formation of isolated high-spin/low-spin pairs is favored, while in the high-temperature phase, the most likely homogeneous state is high-spin, rather than intermediate spin. An orbital-selective Mott state could be a fingerprint of such a state.

3D simulations of globules and pillars formation around HII regions: turbulence and shock curvature    [PDF]

We investigate the interplay between the ionization radiation from massive stars and the turbulence inside the surrounding molecular gas thanks to 3D numerical simulations. We used the 3D hydrodynamical code HERACLES to model an initial turbulent medium that is ionized and heated by an ionizing source. Three different simulations are performed with different mean Mach numbers (1, 2 and 4). A non-equilibrium model for the ionization and the associated thermal processes was used. This revealed to be crucial when turbulent ram pressure is of the same order as the ionized-gas pressure. The density structures initiated by the turbulence cause local curvatures of the dense shell formed by the ionization compression. When the curvature of the shell is sufficient, the shell collapse on itself to form a pillar while a smaller curvature leads to the formation of dense clumps that are accelerated with the shell and therefore remain in the shell during the simulation. When the turbulent ram pressure of the cold gas is sufficient to balance the ionized-gas pressure, some dense-gas bubbles have enough kinetic energy to penetrate inside the ionized medium, forming cometary globules. This suggests a direct relation in the observations between the presence of globules and the relative importance of the turbulence compared to the ionized-gas pressure. The probability density functions present a double peak structure when the turbulence is low relative to the ionized-gas pressure. This could be used in observations as an indication of the turbulence inside molecular clouds.
